Eligibility for Refund Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
- Website / Web/Graphic Design:
- Full Refund: If the project has not started or if the initial design style is not approved. Refunds will be processed within 180 days from the upfront payment date.
- Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our policy after approval of the initial design style. The amount will be proportional to the work completed.
- No Refund: If the project is completed and uploaded on the server.
- Logo Design / Brochure Design:
- Full Refund: If the project has not started or if the initial design style is not approved.
- Partial Refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our policy after approval of the initial design style. The amount will be proportional to the work completed.
- No Refund: If the project is completed and uploaded on the server.
- Web Programming:
- Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated.
- Partial Refund: Issued based on the proportion of work completed relative to the contract and delivery policy.
- Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution):
- Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated.
- Proportionate Refund: Based on work completed until cancellation.
- No Refund: For services already provided. Issues must be reported immediately to the project manager for possible discounts. Late negotiations will not be entertained.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy Refunds are not applicable if project information is not provided timely or if incomplete information affects project delivery. Delays due to client communication failures are not attributed to TechnoFylabs. No compensation for delays unless specified in an agreement with a penalty clause.
Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not liable for losses due to service issues or delays. Refund liability applies only if the project is canceled by the client and communicated in writing.

- Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 business days using the agreed payment method.
- Full Refunds: Processed within 50 business days using the agreed payment method.
